"I have been fortunate enough to have observed the building experiences of other people, mostly my parents, and learnt from their ‘mistakes’. I decided to use Brett and his team at Restore to Rent through word-of-mouth references. From start to finish I was impressed with the conduct of the team and the quality of the work delivered. I renovated 2 bathrooms including the installation of new plumbing as the house was built about 25 years ago and desperately required attention. Due to my work travelling requirements, I was unable to check on any work done during the week, and had to give the team carte blanche to my house for the duration of the renovations. Supervision was always hand-on and available to address any concerns that I had. Brett kept me informed daily of the progress and any unforeseen challenges were communicated immediately to me while I was away. I would consider myself a difficult customer given that I am very detail oriented and I am somewhat of a perfectionist. My experience with the team was very positive and I intend to use the same team for my future renovations. My only regret was not taking the before photos! I highly recommend Restore to Rent, if you expect high quality workmanship and a team you can trust".
